Regularity theory for kinetic equations.
We will discuss how to adapt techniques well-established for elliptic and parabolic PDEs to hypo-elliptic PDEs in the kinetic setting. In particular, we will show how De Giorgi methods can be used to derive Hölder continuity and Harnack inequalities for the Boltzmann equation.
