Steenrod algebra and automorphism group of the additive group law

Milnor's classical theorem on the Hopf algebra structure of the Steenrod algebra shows as a corollary that the dual Steenrod algebra is isomorphic to the Hopf algebra representing the automorphism group of additive group law. I will give a direct proof of the existence of such an isomorphism, and show Milnor's theorem as a corollary
