Combinatorial aspects of tilting theory

If A is a finite dimensional algebra over a field k, the set of tilting modules (square free, up to isomorphism) of finite projective dimension carries a natural structure of a partially ordered set. We will describe the Hasse diagram of this poset as well as maximal and minimal (if it exists) elements. Moreover we will show that certain local properties of the Hasse diagram are intimately related to classical homological conjectures.
