Model for heterogeneous diffusion
In this talk we derive a diffusion law in heterogeneous environment which requires two parameters, diffusivity and turning frequency. To do that, a revertible kinetic equation of Stratonovich type is introduced. A thought experiment is also introduced to test the validity of diffusion laws. Numerical computations, Monte-Carlo simulations, and radial solutions are compared.
